WHITTAKER - HAZEL Passed away peacefully on Friday 20th April at Fotherby House, Hazel aged 90 years, formerly of Bramley Close, Louth. A special Mom to Diane and Brian and mother-in-law to Roy and Linda. Funeral service to be held in Wolverhampton.
