The flight includes five Spitfires, two Hurricanes, a Dakota and one of only two Lancaster bombers still flying.
Visitors will also be able to see a new exhibition exploring the secret World War II missions of the Strike Wing Coastal Command.
The centre will be open between 10am and 5pm and the last hangar tour will be at 3.30pm.
Visitors should note some of the aircraft may not be present for the whole weekend due to display commitments.
