WHARFINGERS provides an excellent proving ground for young Playgoers, and they show their mettle this week in the play Blood Brothers running from Monday February 11 to Saturday February 16 at the Riverhead Theatre in Louth.

The mother of the blood brothers and the adoptive mother are played respectively by Sophie Grundy and Natalie Kane, showing authority beyond their years.
Sophie's excellent Liverpool accent requires special mention.
The two young boys, Chris Stuart and Oliver Ewin more than held their own, showing great confidence as the blood brothers of the title. Their older counterparts, Billy Garrett-Millar and Tom Smith maintained the illusion with aplomb and kept the action moving.
The narrator Olivia Teanby, spoke well in a clear voice and held it all together and Danielle Spence, the love interest over whom the brothers fought, showed great promise as an actress.
Other parts are played by Sophie Bloss Holly Clamp, Alex Davies, Leane Firth, Abbie Mcrae, Kathryn Norton, Sam Pelham, Sophie Phillips and Kathryn Wells.
