Gibraltar Point fun for all ages

GIBRALTAR Point Nature Reserve’s half-term programme of events continues with two further outdoor activities in the coming days.

Tomorrow (Thursday) the Kids Gang returns with an Earthwalk from 2pm to 4pm.

“We live in an amazing world so join us at Kids Gang as we discover all about it as we use all our senses to delve into the wonder of Gibraltar Point,” said a spokesperson.

Participation costs £3 per child. Booking in advance is essential on 01754 898 057.

Then, this Sunday, February 19, bird lovers will get the chance to enjoy a ‘Winter Birds Guided Walk’ from 9am to 11.30am.

“Join our expert as you take a guided walk around the reserve to see what birds spend their winter at Gibraltar Point,“ continued the spokesperson.

“This will be followed by an optional bowl of delicious soup,” they added.

The walk costs £2 per person, or £5 if you wish to enjoy the soup as well.

Booking in advance is essential on 01754 898 057.
