Louth Male Voice Choir concert will be just capital

LOUTH’S Male Voice Choir are looking to consolidate the town’s recently described position as the Singing Capital of the County with their summer concert.

The concert, to be held on Saturday, June 23, should prove to be exceptionally entertaining as this year’s guests will be the highly-respected Male Voice Choir from Reading.

The 60 strong choir will be led by musical director Gwyn Arch who is known across the world as one of the finest arrangers of male choral music. The programme will involve both choirs singing separately and together and St James’s Church should prove to be the ideal venue for this wonderful occasion.

Tickets, at £8, may be obtained from The Church Shop and from Off the Beaten Tracks in Aswell Street.
