Friday 9.10am - POLICE pursued a car through the streets for 15 minutes this morning.
Att about 4.10am a brown Mitsubishi Shogun was seen in suspicious circumstances in Wellington Road in Mablethorpe.
It failed to stop for police officers and was then pursued around the town for some 15 minutes before it was brought to a halt in Noel Street after a police stinger device was deployed puncturing the two front tyres.
A 16-year-old youth from Boston was arrested whilst two others ran off. No-one was injured during the incident.
The arrested youth will be questioned later today regarding taking the vehicle without the owners consent and the way the vehicle was driven.
