THE local RNLI have been given a huge financial boost of £1,308 donated by members of the Mablethorpe Running Club last week.
The money was raised at a fun run in Mablethorpe on July 27 and a raffle at Haven Golden Sands on July 26.
RNLI area fundraising manager Mark Spruce presented certificates to those who took part in the run and helped to raise the money - Gary Campbell, Mitch Brown, Tom and Josh Purton, Bill Tuplin, Charlie Bassham, Ayisha Bassham and Robert Wedgner.
Debbie Prince from the running club offered her thanks to all the marshals and volunteers who helped out at the event.
