80s Mania show set to roll into Lincoln Theatre Royal

80s Mania! Coming to Lincoln.

80s Mania! Coming to Lincoln.

WHIZZ back in time and experience the 1980s again as the fabulous 80s Mania music show comes to Lincoln Theatre Royal.

The 80s Mania show is currently touring the UK and features 35 smash hits from the likes of Duran Duran, The Human League, Wham, Madness, Madonna and Spandau Ballet, with the songs authentically recreated.

With a fantastic live band, awesome dance troupe and an amazing laser and lights show, its something you won’t want to miss!

Now in its fourth year, the 2012 tour has the addition of TV presenter and DJ Mike Read, who compères the show via two giant projector screens.

With an incredible talent at impersonating he also transforms himself into the now late Sir Jimmy Savile and Sir Bob Geldof who both feature on the screens.

In addition Mike is also the DJ voice on the pre show, interval and after show ‘Fictitious Radio Station’ which gets piped into the venue to excite the crowd as a warm up.

Still an extremely popular public figure, Mike’s addition to the company will further raise the profile and create more public demand for anyone who grew up in or just loves the 80’s.

As Mike says.....”It’s like Top of the Pops meets Live Aid”

Dig out your 80’s fashions and party!

80s Mania is at Lincoln Theatre Royal on Friday, May 18 at 7.30pm and tickets are available by calling 01522 519999 or by visiting www.lincolntheatreroyal.com.

Tickets are £18.50 and £16.50 concessions.
