Boy hit in face with bottle

Wednesday 8am - WITNESSES are being sought to an incident in Louth at the weekend when a boy was hit in the face with a plastic bottle.
The 11-year-old was walking along Queen Street with friends at 5.20pm on Saturday when he was approached by two youths, aged around 15.

One of them threw the bottle into his face, leaving him with a cut under his right eye and a black eye.
