Thursday 11am - "IT WOULD just mean everything to be back home with her family" – These are heartfelt words of a daughter's appeal for help from the public in making her dying mother's wish come true.
Tracey Forman, 33 from Louth, is appealing to the public to help her raise funds to move her mother Gillian Austin, back to their home town, Morecambe, Lancashire so she can die surrounded by family and friends.

Gillian, 54, has been diagnosed with advanced cancer. She also has Multiple Sclerosis and Epilepsy.

Confined to a wheelchair, Gillian moved to Louth a year ago to be looked after Tracey when she became too poorly to look after herself. Her cancer was undetected at the time.

Tracey's father, Gordon is severely disabled and suffers from Buerger's Disease which affects the blood vessels and as a result his leg has been amputated.

Because of their illnesses, neither can work and they cannot afford the £850 bond for a home in Morecambe where their other three children and grandchildren live.

Now, Tracey, who is also a full time mum to her three children, Kieron, 1 Keeley, 2 and Joshua, 7 is asking for the public's help in her family's time of need.

Tracey said: "We need to raise this money to get them back home. They lived in Morcambe for years and years, it's where their friends and family are".

They have been told by Social Services they are able to claim £450 but it is only enough to cover half the bond and they also need to rent a removal van.

"We have been trying to save up as much as we can, we knew she was poorly – that is why she moved to Louth – but we had no idea it was cancer" added Tracey.

"We are such a close family, and we just all want to be together. We need to get them back home before the end".
