Monday 8am - THE Lincolnshire Sports Partnership is offering a free Nordic Walking Taster Session for over 45's interested in keeping fit and trying a new activity.
The session will take place on Thursday February 11, meeting at 1pm in the Car Park of Snipedales Country Park on the southern edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, near Horncastle.
Nordic Walking is an enhancement of ordinary walking, but twice as effective.
