Hilary and Rita win at Scrabble

HILARY Barrow and Rita Cumbridge won the Rose Bowl for Scrabble at the last meeting of Eastfield WI in Louth.
Rita Cumbridge also won the beetle drive, with 76 points, second was Carol Scotney with 69 points, and third Pam Bouchier with 65 points.

And Hilary Barrow also won a spring flower arrangement competition, with Chris Waltham second and Rita Cumbridge third.

Flower of the month winners were first Sheila Fiddling, second Hilary Barrow, third Sybil Church.

The next meeting is on June 5 at the Conoco Room, above Louth Library, at 7.30pm.
