Tuesday 2.20pm - A NIGHT of glitz and glamour was celebrated by students of Louth's King Edward VI Grammar School.
The end of year annual ball was held for the school's GCSE students as a celebration for their hard work throughout the year.More than 100 happy students partied at the Oaklands Hotel near Grimsby and watched a 'spectacular' firework display.

Lucy Dickson, 16, Chairperson of the Organising Committee, said: "It was a really good night and very successful. It was quite sad because it was an end of an era but everyone had a good time".

Some of the students are staying on at the school and others moving to different pastures.

There was a humorous award ceremony in which biggest girl and boy poser were voted for along with the award for the student who was most likely to go to jail won by Frasier Henderson.
