A HIGHLY successful boat pull finished in Mablethorpe on Bank Holiday Monday, raising a grand total of £1,074.56 for the RNLI.

It kicked off in Ingoldmells and finished on Mablethorpe seafront to cap a enjoyable day for those who took part.

The boat pull was organised by local group the Mermaid Ramblers, who are also behind car boot sales and other charity events throughout the year.
