Aldi has confirmed that Louth will house the supermarket giant’s largest UK store when the shop build is completed in the Autumn this year.

The site in Newbridge Hill which is currently in the final demolition phase of the old Malt Kiln building will spread out to a massive 19,000sq ft with a sales area of 1,254 sq metres and includes just over 100 parking spaces for customers.

Demolition is due to be completed by the end of February with site clearance to be taking place during March and the store build will begin in April.
