A man working at Forrester Boyd in Louth has been named as one of the top 35 accountants in the UK that are under the age of 35.
Lee Bradbury has been selected as a member of a nationwide elite group for 2014.
This top accountancy UK list has been drawn up by Accountancy Age.
This year’s list had its longest-ever list of potential winners and is the third of its kind drawn up by Accountancy Age.
The list is designed to flag up what it describes as ‘some of the best and brightest accountancy talent in the UK’.
Latest winner Lee said he was proud to have been included on the list.
“It was very satisfying to have been selected,” he said.
“We do a lot of hard work on our clients’ behalf, and this is a reward for that.
“I am very proud of it. The work is very satisfying in itself, but it’s all the more satisfying to have got some external recognition for it.”
Lee joined Forrester Boyd in 2000 after completing his A-levels, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2005.
He was promoted to manager in the Louth firm in 2009 and became one of the practice’s youngest partners in April.
Lincolnshire-born and raised in a farming family, Lee has extensive knowledge of the local agricultural sector.
Lee heads up the agricultural specialist team in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
Plus he is now helping to build up on the already-strong reputation the Forrester Boyd firm has for its agricultural specialism in the area.
So far Lee hasn’t received any client reaction to the his latest achievement.
He added: “It’s too early for them to know so far, but I’m sure they will have something to say when the word gets out.”
