ALL food businesses in East Lindsey have now been re-scored on their food hygiene standards which are publicly available online.

East Lindsey District Council announced earlier this year that, funded by the Food Standards Agency, they were able to rescore all district food premises in line with the national 0-5 star system.

Portfolio holder for communities, Coun Sandra Harrison, said: “The scheme we introduced for East Lindsey in 2006 provided businesses with a goal to work towards and it has served the industry well with many businesses making significant improvements as a result.“
