Local businesses are being asked to give their backing to an upcoming charity fundraiser in memory of a young Louth girl who died in December last year.
The Youth Cancer Trust fundraiser night is being held at the Brackenborough Hotel in Louth in memory of Nicole Williams, who died of cancer on December 3 aged just 17.
Nicole was a much loved daughter, sister and best friend to many and organisers are hoping for support to raise as much money as possible for the trust.
On the night an auction and raffle is being held, and it is hoped that local businesses will put forward prizes and auction items.
The Youth Cancer Trust charity provides support and free holidays for young people with cancer or malignant diseases.
They provide a safe place where young cancer patients can be together to enjoy a fun time away from hospital, doing what young people would normally get do without a cancer diagnosis.
The event in Nicole’s memory is being held on Sunday, February 10 from 6pm at the Brackenborough Hotel and tickets are available by calling 07788312684.
Raffle tickets will be available to buy on the night and refreshments will also be available.
Any businesses who would like to get involved and can donate raffle or auction items can contact Laura on 07725 738162.
