Children in Horncastle and Woodhall Spa have been offered the chance to create bunting and flags to decorate communities taking part in the SO Festival 2015.

The annual festival will be delivered by Magna Vitae Trust for Leisure and Culture, a Partner to East Lindsey District Council.

As part of the SO Let’s Get Crafting Heritage, Health and Wellbeing Project, Pauline Taylor, of Infinite Arts, will work with schools and community groups to create small flags and bunting.

The bunting will then be used to decorate communities involved in the festival from June 25 to July 5, including Horncastle, Woodhall Spa, Louth and Mablethorpe.

Workshops with Pauline are free and sessions are available to book during March 23 to 26 or May 11 to 18. Bookings will be made on a first come first serve basis.

*Schools or community group wanting to get involved should contact SO Festival Co-ordinator Katie-Louise Green (01507 613449) or email katie-louise.green@mvtlc.org.
