Eight brave volunteers have come forward to take part in a charity ‘Jail and Bail’ for local children’s charity Home-Start East Lindsey.

The ‘Home-Start Eight’ will be arrested in Louth Market Place from 10.30am on this Saturday, September 20 and each will need to raise their bail money through donations to Home-Start East Lindsey. All the money raised will support the charity’s work with local families with young children who are suffering tragedy or hardship.

The jail birds include popular and familiar faces you may recognise from around the town: Dawn Charlton of the Co-op, and Rodney Underwood of R&Y Autos, Andrea Phillips and Vanessa Burton of the Spar shop, Andrea Archer, Dominic Crisp, Stacey Drew and Andy Nisbet.

Home-Start invites you to come along and watch the chase, to see their comeuppance or protest their innocence as you see fit.
