OVER £1,200 was raised for the Children’s Society at a charity ball held on Friday, June 17 at Louth’s Brackenborough Hotel.
50 guests enjoyed a dinner and dance with a Michael Bublé tribute, Essex singer Charlie Sansom.
Raffle prizes included photo shoots, a limo cruise, furniture vouchers, meals for two, clothes and food vouchers.
Organiser Kate Burton said: “We would like to say a big thank you to everyone that supported by either coming to the ball, buying raffle tickets and to all the shops that donated to the raffle. £1266.00 is a fantastic amount to raise it will make such a difference to he Children’s Society helping children look forward to a brighter future.”
