Coffee morning to help ill children

THE REJ’s Dream fundraisers will be holding a coffee morning on Saturday.

It is at the Conoco Rooms above Louth Library from 10am to 12noon and includes a cake stall, raffle, tombola and guess the name of the teddy and guess how many sweets in a jar contests.

REJ’s Dream was set up in memory of Rhianna Jeffrey, who died last year aged just 13, and is named after her initials.

She suffered from aplastic anaemia and polyarteritis nodosa.

Rhianna’s family and friends want to help the parents of ill children who have to travel regularly to hospital for treatment.

A charity ball held at the town hall late last year raised £3,231.
