Count Dracula to arrive at Northcote Heavy Horse Centre by coffin

ON Sunday October 30 the Northcote Heavy Horse Centre will be hosting their Halloween evening which will see Count Dracula arriving in his coffin by horse and cart, a torchlit scavenger hunt and a show in the shed including horses, goats, dogs and fire acts.

The event is running from 5pm until approximately 8pm and visitors can have a go at apple bobbing, watch a puppet show and take part in the fancy dress and pumpkin competition.

Visitors are asked to bring their own torches for the scavenger hunt on the night.

The log fire will be going in the tea room where a Halloween menu of hot and cold food and drinks await and money raised on the night will go towards the charities continuous care of the horses currently at the centre.
