BREAKING NEWS: Louth man appears in court on manslaughter charge

A 23-year-old man has appeared at Skegness Magistrates’ Court charged with committing manslaughter in Louth on January 12.

Harry Scott, presently residing with his grandparents in Alford, is charged with unlawfully killing Richard Woods.

Wearing a blue open-necked shirt and jeans, Scott entered no plea to the charge.

He was sent for a preliminary hearing at Lincoln Crown Court on May 13 and granted conditional bail, which includes residence, not to go within five miles of Louth market, not to enter and pub or club, and not to contact a number of named prosection witnesses.
