Mablethorpe man arrested

A MAN from Mablethorpe has been arrested on suspicion of robbery and breach of court imposed bail restrictions following an incident at a bookmakers in the town.

Police were called to the High Street premises yesterday around 2.10pm after it was reported that a man armed with a screwdriver had taken an amount of cash.

The 18-year-old man was arrested later at Grimsby railway station and was taken to Skegness Police Station for questioning.
