When police were called to a dispute between a couple over a mobile phone, they found the man to be in possession of cocaine.
Christian Mulkerrins, 38, of Alford Road, Mablethorpe, admitted possessing cocaine and using threatening words and behaviour in the incident in Tennyson Road, Mablethorpe on April 27, when he appeared at Skegness Magistrates Court.
The court heard police officers were called to a dispute between Mulkerrins and his partner over a mobile phone.
Mulkerrins became aggressive, abusive and swore at police. After he aimed a punch at a police officer, he was arrested and when searched cocaine was found on him.
Magistrates fined Mulkerrins £220 and ordered him to pay £85 in court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
