Men threatened man in home

POLICE are appealing for witnesses to an aggravated burglary that took place at a house in Holton le Clay on Friday September 2.

Three men visited the property in Lindsey Drive in the village at about 10.15pm and made threats to the occupier before stealing cash and a mobile phone.

The three suspects then made their way towards Forge Way on foot.

DS Andy Harwood, from Louth Police Station, said, “This wasn’t a random attack and it would appear that this particular address was specifically targeted. We would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or who saw the three suspects before or after the burglary.

“We would also appeal to anyone who saw any suspicious vehicles in the village that evening”.

The three men were described as follows -

Suspect one was a clean-shaven white man in his mid 20s, distinctively tall at about six ft six inches tall and of stocky build. He had a local accent and was wearing a light grey hoody tracksuit, black woolly hat and black leather gloves.

Suspect two was a black or dark skinned man, five ft 11 inches tall and of stocky build. He also had a local accent and was wearing a red bandana over his face, black jacket, black woolly hat, black leather gloves,

Suspect three was a stocky man of mixed race, approximately five ft 10 inches tall wearing a blue and white dotted bandana over his face, black jacket, black woolly hat and black leather gloves. He also had a local accent.
