Police appeal after vehicles damaged in Sutton on Sea

POLICE are appealing to people who may have information after a number of vehicles were damaged by vandals in Sutton on Sea.

Sometime overnight between March 9 and 10, cars parked in Chanctonbury Way, Lewis Avenue, Hillside Avenue and Edwalton Avenue had their tyres cut with a knife and various garden ornaments were taken or disturbed.

Police say this may have happened around 1am and vehicles appear to have been randomly attacked.

There are currently no suspects although nearby CCTV footage showed five people, possibly three females and two men, taking garden ornaments in Hillside Avenue.

These incidents are numbers 232, 184 and 186 of March 10 and thereafter.
