Police are appealing for help in finding a Derbyshire man who has been missing since Sunday, and may be in Lincolnshire.

Richard Bartles, 29, has not been seen since he left his family home in Jaeger Close, Belper at around 5pm on March 3.

His disappearance is described by police as completely out of character and he has not contacted his family since.

Mr Bartles is around 5ft 10in tall, of medium build, with short dark hair.

He was last seen wearing a green t-shirt with an ‘Iron Man’ logo, blue jeans, grey trainers and a grey duffle coat.

Officers believe Mr Bartles may have been in Nottingham and Lincolnshire in the last few days and are liaising with police in those areas as part of the search to find him.

Mr Bartles, or anyone with any information about his whereabouts, is asked to contact Derbyshire Police using the non-emergency number 101 (if calling from Lincolnshire, select the option to wait for the operator and ask to be connected to Derbyshire Police).
