Property worth thousands stolen in raid near Little Cawthorpe

A white Ford Ranger may now be on false number plates after it was stolen from a business near Little Cawthorpe, police say.

Details were released last night (Friday) of the raid on business premises, which took place overnight on Tuesday/Wednesday.

PCSO Sally Hewitt said: “During this burglary a white Ford Ranger was stolen, which was displaying the vehicle registration number RV55 CZL at the time of the theft, however (it) may now be on false plates.”

Raiders also stole equipment including chainsaws and brush cutters.
