THE LINCOLNSHIRE Wildlife Trust is exploring the seashore and uncovering the magic of the marine world this summer.
Special events are being held in August for families.
On Saturday August 6 there will be a National Whale and Dolphin Watch at Anderby Creek from 10am to 4pm. Join Coastal Ranger Dave Miller and volunteers and try to spot dolphins or whales.
On Sunday August 14, aso at Anderby Creek, there is a Wild About the Coast event from 10am to 4pm with sand sculpture, scavenger hunts and sea dipping. Guided walks including wildlife on the grazing marshes will also be on offer.
Rachel Shaw, Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust PR officer, said: “We are encouraging everyone to look beyond the sand castles, to explore Lincolnshire’s wild coast, get to know some of the amazing marine creatures that usually stay hidden beneath the waves.”
