LATEST: Louth GCSE results Cordeaux School

A BROAD range of success has been celebrated today at Cordeaux School in Louth with a high success rate of results in a variety of subjects.

Cordeaux students celebrated their GCSE exam results with 49% achieving 5A*-C grades, 37% of which included English and Maths.

Amongst the highest achieving pupils were Sullie Bruce, Megan Koss, Aaron McCarthy, Natasha Christy, Adam Flockton, James Watson and Emma Helland.

Assistant Headteacher Stewart West said: “We are proud of our pupils’ achievements. There are some great individual success stories.

“Students and staff are to be commended for their hard work.”

Headteacher Peter Kubicki said: “It is wonderful to see students benefitting from an increasingly broad range of opportunities through our partnerships. For instance several pupils achieved their full ‘Hair and Beauty’ Diploma and IMI Motor Vehicle qualifications at Wolds College alongside traditional academic courses.

“We are excited that this diversity of student choice will be further extended in the future through the proposed Louth Schools merger.”
