Learn about folk songs and more

THIS Autumn Louth WEA has three popular tutors give courses on famous Lincolnshire Ladies, Great Gardens and Famous Gardeners and Folk Songs as History.

Starting on Tuesday September 20 from 10am to 12noon at the Salvation Army in Church Street for five sessions Loretta Rivett will look at famous ladies including poets, politicians, murderers amd martyrs.

Starting on Thursday November 3 for six meetings Andrew Sankey will continue his popular talks on famous gardens.

On Saturday November 26 at the Conoco Rooms above Louth Library local musician Kate Witney will explore a number of folk songs. This session is free as a thank you from Louth WEA to all who support them in Louth.

Tea and mince pies will be served.
