YOUNG people can take part in fitness sessions being held at Monks’ Dyke Technology College.
Monks’ Dyke has received funding through a national programme called Sportivate, an initiative to get 14 to 25-year-olds involved in sport and activity.
Athletes and students who attend local sports clubs will have the opportunity to work with a fitness consultancy and get an additional training session on different elements of fitness that could enhance their performance.
Sessions will start on Monday November 7.
