Former Louth woman and the wife of British actor Warwick Davis, Samantha Davis has been shortlisted in the final three for ITV’s Lorraine Inspirational Woman of the Year Award.

Sam founded Little People UK, a charity which helps people of small stature come to terms with their disability.

She hopes to empower children and their families and help them to learn to live with the way they are.

She was nominated by her mother-in-law Sue Moore.

Samantha is a former pupil of Monks Dyke Technology College which is now named Monks Dyke Tennyson College in Louth and Sam and her husband Warwick regularly visit relatives in the town of Louth which is her hometown.

The winner of the Inspirational Woman of the Year Award will be announced at the ‘Women of the Year Lunch and Awards’ on Monday, October 13.

But there is still time to vote for Sam to be crowned the winner.
