A former Louth man has created a unique portrayal of his home town.

Photographer Kerry Flitter was inspired to create a four foot composite of the Louth town centre, entitled From the Heart, from over 200 pictures.

The former Monks’ Dyke pupil was inspired after his mother’s death in September and hopes to display his work in Louth in the near future.

Mr Flitter is visible with his dog outside the old gun shop, where he used to work in the 1970s.
