TWO visitors from Ghana dropped in to Mablethorpe’s Tennyson High School last week as part of a week-long international exchange trip in the local area.

Mamah Iddrisu Tomtekelam and Mensah Richard Kpeglo spent time in the school and around the local area as part of a collaboration between Ghana and the UK with emphasis on sport.

On Thursday Mamah and Mensah met Mablethorpe Mayor Coun Irene Burnett at the school.

During their stay they also visited the Humber Bridge, the Deep and Lincoln as well as primary schools in Grimoldby and Saltfleetby.

Last year School Head Mike Eyre and Head of PE Donna Hackney went over to Ghana as part of the international project.
