Teenagers in Louth may be given the opportunity to have their say on important issues affecting the town after a Louth Youth Council was proposed.

Chairman of the group, Town Councillor David Hall, said: “Louth Town Council want to set up a Youth Council to give the young people of Louth a voice.

“If you are between 13 and 19 years old and live within the boundary of Louth, then you could be one of the people responsible for creating some real change in this town.”

Coun Hall added: “If you’re not happy with the facilities in Louth and you want your opinion to be heard, then this is the way to do it. “This is about your issues, the things that matter to you and your friends can be heard.”
