THE Marsh Medical Practice has raised £579 for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research from this year’s flu clinics at its Manby and North Somercotes surgeries.
Practice Manager Lorraine Green thanked the patients that donated money at the flu clinic for refreshments and raffle prizes that were kindly donated by the staff.
This year’s chosen charity relies on donations to beat blood cancer which affects people of all ages.
The money will help give patients the best possible chance of survival and living a normal healthy life after treatment.
Lorraine said the practice is still looking for patients to join the patient forum.
