A ladies indulgence day will be held at the Brackenborough Hotel this weekend to raise money for St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice.

The day has been organised by Ash Meredith, 26, in memory of his late grandmother Mary Corby who passed away in January at the age of 87 following a battle with cancer.

St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice supported Mary and her family in the final
weeks of her life and Ash, a professional aromatherapist, has organised the fund raiser along with family and friends to show their appreciation.

Ash had a close relationship with his grandmother, and even chose to leave his full time job in order to help care for her in the final weeks
of her life.

The event, which will take place at the Brackenborough Hotel between 10am and 4pm on Sunday (June 14), will offer
a wide range of luxurious treatments, card reading, clothes, jewellery, chocolates, cakes, shopping stalls, refreshments and
more. Donations will be collected on the door.

Ash said: “Grandma loved beauty products, massages and socialising, and after many years working in department stores, Grandma taught me many ways to sell and promote products.

“This event is not only in memory of her, it is also to encourage new businesses to network whilst at the same time giving something back to St Barnabas for all their wonderful help and support.”
