LETTER: We are not knee deep in dog poo!

EDITOR - In reply to the letter from Jackie Todd regarding dog poo in Mayfield Crescent, I also live here.

I have only seen one lot of dog poo in the past four months in our street.

I believe there was another lot which a neighbour cleaned up. On our walks I have never seen a dog walker fail to clean up after their dog, something we should celebrate as we should also be congratulating ELDC for the amount of bins they provide.

There are odd piles of poo but very few. I feel that writing letters to both the Leader and Target and putting A4 posters on lampposts is over the top.
