A new 24-hour petrol station and Spar convenience store is expected to open its door in Louth on November 1 the Leader can reveal.
And it will create 40 jobs that you can register your interest in now.
The purpose built site which has seen significant signs of nearing completion will be family-owned by convenience store operator Blakemore Retail.
In addition to a wide convenience range, the Spar store will feature a Subway counter, Greggs counter and a table seating area, providing motorists and residents in the area with a one-stop fuel service, restaurant and takeaway solution.
Fresh self-serve Costa Coffee will also be available.
Blakemore Retail Managing Director Geoff Hallam said: “We’re looking forward to bringing our latest Spar convenience offer and improved fuel facilities to the town of Louth.
“This new development involves a substantial investment from our company and will create an estimated 40 full and part-time jobs for the local community, which we are actively recruiting for now.
“As well as a Spar convenience range and takeaway offerings from Subway and Greggs, the store will provide a wide range of services including a free to use cash machine, PayPoint, National Lottery and public toilets.”
The Shell petrol station will feature two HGV fast-fill pumps, eight standard fuel pumps, a jet wash and three electric car charging points, plus approximately thirty parking spaces will be available for visitors to the site.
Both the forecourt and Spar convenience store will be open 24 hours a day.
