Active for Life classes in Louth
ACTIVE for Life classes in Louth, held by Joan Byatt, are now being held at Louth Town Hall and no longer at Eastgate Union Church.
The group moved to the town hall, which is now now under the management of the Louth Community Education Trust, on October 1.
The sessions are mainly aimed at active over 50s and are a blend of exercise, movement and dance through a varied programme of co-ordinated work to keep your body fit and your mind active.
The Louth classes are held on Mondays and Thursdays from 10.30am until 11.30am.
Classes are pay as you go, with no joining fee.
