Looking for a lovely Mother’s Day gift? Then why not treat her to a delightful afternoon tea and opera event in Alford next month!
Last year, talented soprano Laura Arbella came along to the Alford Manor House to entertain the audience as they enjoyed a sumptuous afternoon tea with sandwiches, cakes, tea, coffee and alcoholic drinks.
Following the success of the event it will be running again twice next month, on Saturday June 21 (from 4.30pm until 8.30pm) and the following day on Sunday June 22 (from 1pm to 5pm).
Tickets cost £18.50 each, and would make an ideal gift for a relaxing and entertaining day out.
Laura Abella is sure to entertain her audience once again with her popular and classical crossover style of opera. Laura has performed all over the world, regularly appearing in Covent Garden in London, and she has performed at the Proms and more recently in the New York Opera.
The event will raise money for two charities; the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance, and animal rescue charity Cakes Fur a Cause.
Tickets are available from Huttoft Service Station, Talking Heads Salon in West Street, Alford, and Drew’s Opticians in Victoria Road, Mablethorpe.
