Auctioneer and valuer Colin Young at Louth Victorian Fayre
CELEBRITY television auctioneer and valuer Colin Young from Thomas Mawer of Lincoln and Grantham will be back in Louth to do more valuations at this year’s Victorian Fayre.
Colin, and his fellow auctioneer John Leat, will be donating their time for charity in conjunction with the Rotary of Club of Louth.
This year there will be a change of venue for the duo. They will be found working in the foyer of Peter Rhodes electrical shop in Mercer Row.
All items will be valued on the day for a nominal fee of £2 per item, with the proceeds donated to local charities.
Take along anything from antiques to gold and silver and if the valuation encourages you to sell then you can leave the items for auction or you can simply take them home again.
The Rotary Club is grateful to Peter Rhodes for the use of the store for this event. Special offers will also be available on electrical items purchased that day, so why not upgrade your ‘antique’ electrical items as well?
Valuations will be carried out from 10am-4pm.
People with larger items can take along a photo or arrange a home visit by calling John Leat on 01522 524984.
