Staff from Lincolnshire Co-op travel branch in Louth were honoured for their hard work and commitment at an awards evening.
They won travel branch of the year at the Customer Service Excellence Awards.
The society also celebrated being reaccredited as a Gold Standard employer by Investors In People – a prestigious title shared by only one per cent of employers.
This quality standard recognises commitment to developing staff by meeting rigorous requirements.
Louth Travel Branch Manager Kerry Emson-Smith said: “It’s amazing, we’re really shocked to win for the second year running. It’s our high standard of customer service and the great staff.
“We’ve been together since day one and I think we have about 60 years of travel experience between the four of us so we know what we’re talking about, if one person hasn’t been somewhere, the other has. I wouldn’t be without my team!”
Lincolnshire Co-operative’s Chief Executive Ursula Lidbetter said: “It is a pleasure to celebrate the achievements of our staff who are out in our communities doing such excellent work.
“Whether they’re exceeding our customers’ expectations or going the extra mile to bring in new business and improve services, I’m proud of all my colleagues and proud of Lincolnshire Co-op.”
