Burglars broke into a house in Grange Lane, Manby, yesterday evening and may have stolen cash and a tablet computer. A pane of glass in the conservatory was smashed to gain entry to the property.

The incident happened between 7pm and 9pm yesterday (Thursday February 27) while the house owner was out.

Due to the mess left behind by the burglars it is not yet certain exactly what was stolen, although it appears that a tablet computer and money was taken.

A Crime Scene Investigation team has attended the property.

Lincolnshire Police are asking for anyone with information to call them on 101, quoting incident number 381 of February 27.
