Change plans for listed building in Theddlethorpe
AN APPLICATION has been made to East Lindsey District Council for alterations to a historic listed building in Theddlethorpe.
The plans, for Ashleigh Farm House in Mablethorpe Road, involves both internal and external changes to provide an elarged kitchen and an enlarged first floor bedroom with en suite.
English Heritage say the old farmhouse building was listed way back in 1986 and thus requires special planning consent from the district council for work to be carried out.
