A Christmas gingerbread house competition hosted by Margaret Codling at The Beck in Mablethorpe was a big success and raised vital funds for charity.

The final total which is yet to be finalised will be spilt between Keith’s Dog Rescue and the Macmillan nurses.

There were 12 houses entered and the winning house was a lit up church, made by Marilyn Swift.

A big thank you goes out to everyone who entered the event and to all those who brought cakes to be sold on the day.
