Comedian Patrick Monahan in Louth
The Other Side Comedy Club returns to Louth at The Town and Country Club on Tuesday October 30 with the irrepressible Patrick Monahan, winner of ITV1’s Show Me The Funny.
The funniest Irish-Iranian comedian ever to come from Middlesbrough, Patrick has had a sparkling year with appearances on ITV1’s Comedy Annual (Stand-Up) and Let’s Dance (BBC 1).
He won the 2012 Loaded LAFTA’s Best Newcomer for stand-up and the 2011 Edinburgh’s Forth Radio Best Stand-Up People’s Choice Award.
On top of that, along with mentor Johnny Vegas he won last year’s Show Me The Funny(ITV1), bagging a national tour and a live DVD recorded at London’s Bloomsbury Theatre.
Expect Monahan at his hyperactive, charming and freewheeling best – spinning laugh-along yarns and engaging effortlessly and hilariously with his audience - a must see for any comedy fans in Louth.
Tickets for the show are available at the venue or online at www.yorkshirecoastcomedy.co.uk. Doors at 7.30pm, show 8.15pm.
The club also has a Christmas special on Tuesday December 4 with the mind blowing Psychic Circus.
